In addition to electronic dissertations, student theses and journal articles, members of the University of Hohenheim can also publish other documents on hohPublica. 
===== Annual reports =====

It is possible to make annual reports from the University of Hohenheim's institutions centrally accessible on hohPublica and archive them permanently. The reports are published in a separate collection, which is given a fixed link and can therefore be easily shared for internal and external purposes. The following options are available for publication on hohPublica:

**1. Self upload:** You can upload the annual reports directly to hohPublica by yourself. To do this, you need a valid Hohenheim user account, which you can use to log in (see [[en:system:login:hohenheim | Registration for university members]]).

**2. Regular upload by the hohPublica team:** Alternatively, you can commission the KIM with the regular upload of your reports via a user agreement. We will then upload your annual reports to hohPublica for you. If you would like to use this service, please send us an e-mail to [[hohpublica@uni-hohenheim.de|hohpublica@uni-hohenheim.de]].

===== Publication series =====
Series of publications from the University of Hohenheim are listed on hohPublica. These are also stored in their own collection, which can be shared via a fixed link. The individual documents are given their own [[publications:doi|DOI]] for clear referencing.

Here you also have the choice of either publishing series from your institute/field yourself on hohPublica or commissioning the hohPublica team to publish the documents for you on a regular basis. 

===== Reports =====
Research or work reports can also be published on hohPublica. To do this, please use the document type “Report” in the input mask.
