====== Login for external users ======

External users are persons without a valid Hohenheim user account who wish to publish documents on hohPublica that were created as part of a research activity at the University of Hohenheim. These can be, for example, doctoral candidates who would like to publish their dissertation electronically as part of the publication obligation in the doctoral procedure but do not have a valid user account.

As an external person, you can submit a request for a user account to KIM if you would like to submit a publication that has been produced as part of a research activity at the University of Hohenheim. The user account consists of a valid e-mail address and a password of your choice.

Please send your request by e-mail to hohpublica@uni-hohenheim.de. Please provide the following information: 
- Which publication would you like to publish? 
- Your full name (first name and surname) 
- A valid e-mail address to be used for creating the account

The KIM staff will then decide whether the desired document can be published on HohPublica. If this is the case, they create the external user account. You will then receive an email with a link to set your password to the email address you provided.

You can then log in under "Login" in the "Login for external users" section with your e-mail address and password.
