German National Library

All publications available on hohPublica are delivered to the catalog of the German National Library. In addition to the metadata and the inventory record, the German National Library also receives a copy of the published document for long-term archiving.

For each new publication in hohPublica, the DNB generates a Uniform Resource Name (URN) and thus provides a persistent identifier in addition to the DOI, which can be used to access the publication in the long term, even if the address of the publication on the University of Hohenheim servers should change at some point, e.g. if migration to a new, more up-to-date publication system becomes necessary.
